CMP 2017 Resource Limited Partnership Raises $5.29 Million on Second and Final Closing
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/10/17 -- Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc. ("GCIC") is pleased to announce that CMP 2017 Resource Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") has completed the second and final closing of its initial public offering of limited partnership units (the "Units"). The Partnership sold 5,291 Units for gross proceeds of approximately $5.29 million in the second and final closing. In aggregate, the Partnership sold 33,932 Units for gross proceeds of $33.932 million. The Partnership is managed by GCIC.
The offering is being made through a syndicate of agents led by Scotiabank and including CIBC, National Bank Financial Inc., RBC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets, TD Securities Inc., Industrial Alliance Securities Inc., Echelon Wealth Partners Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp., Desjardins Securities Inc. and Raymond James Ltd.
