Volaris Group, a Constellation Software company, Completes Acquisition of ShipNet A/S
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/09/17 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) today announced that its wholly-owned division Volaris Group ("Volaris") has completed the acquisition of ShipNet A/S, a provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) shipping solutions to the Marine industry. The acquisition is Volaris'' second acquisition in the Marine vertical.
