Senator Minerals to Complete $1.1 Million Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/09/17 -- Senator Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE: SNR)(OTC: SNRAF)(FRANKFURT: T1KA) ("Senator" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will conduct a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,100,000 common shares, at a price of $1.00 per share, for gross proceeds of up to $1,100,000. In connection with the placement, the Company anticipates paying fees to eligible finders who introduce subscribers to the Company.
All securities issued in the placement will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period. Completion of the placement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
