("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) today announced that its wholly-owned division Volaris Group ("Volaris") has completed the acquisition of Telepin Software Corporation, a provider of digital financial services platforms to mobile operators. The acquisition is Volaris'' fifth acquisition in the communications vertical.
