Amma Marfo, higher education professional, writer, and speaker, shares her research on what is lost in leadership and group dynamics when introversion and creativity are not considered contributing factors. Marfo speaks to groups on numerous topics including temperament and group dynamics, building a culture of creativity, instilling humor into group norms, values-based leadership, and empowering activists.

Marfos goal is to inspire groups and organizations to create the best chance for universal success by emphasizing the assets introverted leaders can offer an organization.
