Arch Biopartners Announces TSXV Stock Ticker Symbol Change to "ARCH"
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/23/17 -- Arch Biopartners Inc., (Arch or the Company) (TSX VENTURE: ACH)(OTCBB: FOIFF) a portfolio based biotechnology company, announced today that the Company''s common shares will begin trading under the new stock ticker symbol "ARCH" on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), effective at the open of trading on February 24, 2017.
This change in the stock ticker symbol on the TSXV does not require any action by current shareholders. The Company''s name, CUSIP number and total common shares outstanding remain unchanged.
