UpSnap Announces Extension on Secured Debentures Due

(CSE: UP)(CSE: UP.CN) ("UpSnap" or the "Company"), a leading provider of mobile advertising solutions, today announced that outstanding secured debentures owned by User-Friendly Media, due February 7, 2017, have had their maturity date extended until 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time on March 27, 2017. The debentures, issued on February 6, 2014, have a principal amount of $100,000 with a coupon of 13.5% per annum.
