(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwired) -- 02/21/17 -- (OTCQB: STBR) (the "") is pleased to announce that it has closed a private placement of 800,000 units at a price of US$0.25 per unit for gross proceeds of US$200,000. Each unit consists of one share of the Company''s common stock and one share purchase warrant, which entitles the holder to purchase an additional share at a price of US$0.60 for a period of two years.
