The star-studded, five-day event showcases the talents of the world''s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities. Joining the all-star lineup for the first time is own Executive Chef Anthony Le Pape at the festival''s showcase on Friday, February 24, from 7:30-10:30 p.m.
The "Wine Spectator''s Best of the Best" showcase, held at the neighboring Fontainebleau Miami Beach, brings together 60 of the nation''s top chefs to present their gourmet samplings to pair with more than 100 wines rated 90 points or higher on Wine Spectator''s scale.
