MuleSoft Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/17/17 -- MuleSoft announced today that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined. MuleSoft intends to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "MULE."
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC will act as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. BofA Merrill Lynch will act as an active book-running manager. Allen & Company LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., and Jefferies LLC will act as book-running managers and Canaccord Genuity Inc., Piper Jaffray & Co., and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. will act as co-managers.
