(firmenpresse) - The Arcade Hotel Amsterdam expands into a groundbreaking
42 room gaming hotel – the very first in the world. After a major restructuring and renovation which started in January 2017, the hotel will reopen with a test launch in May 2017 with the “Early Adopters Package”.
By May, the heart and soul of the gamer`s paradise will be “Ready for player One and Two”: A Game Room fixed with six high-end gaming PCs and 24 inch monitors, a webcam and green screen for live streaming and a virtual reality setup. It will also provide a fully decked out console corner with 2 x 65” TV’s. The Game Room can be booked for up to 14 people for personal or professionals use such as e-sports i.e. competitions and trainings. It will host a game library to choose from across all platforms. Starting in May, 20 out of 42 rooms will be ready and open for the early adopters. Travelling gamers who want to be the first to check out the gaming hotel, can
book their early bird stay for May.
The Early Adopters Package
Travellers creating a booking until March 31, 2017 to stay in the Arcade hotel between May 1 and May 31, 2017 can enjoy the Game Room experience for one hour free of charge to test the world`s first gaming hotel. The Early Adopter`s package also includes a 10 percent discount off the best available room rates, a 25 percent discount
on all additional bookings of the game room and a fresh energy breakfast to prepare the focus for a day of gaming. The Arcade Hotel offers single, double and four-bed accommodation. Here gamers can experience individual room designs as the design studio Arquetipo Estudio (http://arquetipoestudio.com) by Sandra Duran and Alejandro De Leon has developed a special concept for each room type.

€ 800.000 investment
The Canadian owner Daniel Salmanovich, a dedicated gamer himself, is investing a total of 800.000 Euro in the expansion of his hotel in Amsterdam ́s trendy quarter De Pijp. After the renovation, the Arcade will offer 42 design rooms, redesigned public spaces and new room packages. To create the all-round gaming experience of the future in each hotel room, Salmanovich will install the latest gaming consoles in addition to a retro console, so the travelling gamer can have the best of both worlds.
