(firmenpresse) - Therapeutix Wellness Center at 1144 W 2700 N in Pleasant View Utah announces the addition of Nadja Medley to the expanding team of licensed Massage Therapists.
Nadja has over 13 years of experience in helping people work thru injuries, and just providing wellness both physically and mentally. Some of Nadjas modalities are: Swedish, trigger point/deep tissue, reflexology, infant massage, sports massage, cranio-sacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, fibromyalgia massage, and Lomi Lomi.
The use of massage therapy has boomed in the last two decades. Massage has proven health benefits, such as effectiveness in treating persistent back pain and arthritis pain, as well as strengthening the immune system. It also reduces symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome. Consumer research shows first-time massage therapy clients report very positive feelings about their experience and about 90% are repeat clients.
