The shares were deemed to be listed on December 21, 2016, in anticipation of closing the Prospectus Offering.
Trading will commence on December 30, 2016.

The Company is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets in British Columbia. Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Boomerang Property. The Boomerang Property is comprised of seven underlying mineral claims and is located 25 kilometers north of Rock Creek in south central British Columbia.
