Aphria increases investment to 15%

("Aphria" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: APH)(OTCQB: APHQF) is pleased to announce that the TSX - Venture Exchange provided Final Approval of the Company''s previously announced investments in Copperstate Farms, LLC and Copperstate Farms Investors, LLC.
Prior to receiving Final Approval, the Company acquired an additional 5% membership interest in Copperstate Farms Investors, LLC, increasing its ownership to 10%, while also maintaining a 5% membership interest in Copperstate Farms Investors, LLC, subsidiary Copperstate Farms, LLC.
