(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/15/16 -- Eagle Energy Inc. (TSX: EGL) ("Eagle") confirms its December 2016 dividend. The cash dividend to be paid on January 23, 2017, in respect of the period from December 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016, for shareholders of record on December 30, 2016 will be $0.005 per common share of Eagle. The ex-dividend date is December 28, 2016. Eagle''s dividend has been designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
