Highland Copper Announces Debt Settlement
(firmenpresse) - LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/14/16 -- Highland Copper Company Inc. (TSX VENTURE: HI) (the "Company") announces that it has received acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange for the debt conversion previously announced on December 2, 2016. The Company settled an outstanding indebtedness in the amount of $494,985.75 owing to Laurentian Mountains Investments Limited, a company owned by David Fennell, the Company''s Chairman, by issuing 4,949,857 common shares and 2,474,929 share purchase warrants. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company for a period of 12 months. The shares and warrants are subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period.
