Founding executives and directors of Seven Generations exercise long-term equity incentives expiring in May 2017
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/02/16 -- Some of Seven Generations Energy Ltd.''s officers and directors, who acquired equity-based compensation during the company''s private phase and prior to the 2014 initial public offering, still hold stock options and performance warrants that expire in May 2017. Those officers and directors have and are expected to exercise the options and performance warrants, and sell some of the shares obtained upon the exercise of those securities, prior to expiry. This includes trades by 7G''s Chief Executive Officer Pat Carlson. Such transactions are reported on the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) in accordance with applicable securities regulations.
