Dynagas LNG Partners LP Announces Results of 2016 Annual General Meeting of Limited Partners
(firmenpresse) - MONACO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/23/16 -- Dynagas LNG Partners LP (the "Partnership") (NYSE: DLNG), an owner and operator of LNG carriers, today announced that the Partnership''s Annual General Meeting of Limited Partners was duly held on November 22, 2016 in Athens, Greece.
At the meeting, the following resolutions were approved and adopted, as set forth in more detail in the Notice and the Partnership''s Proxy Statement:
1. To re-elect Alexios Rodopoulos to serve as a Class II Director for a three-year term until the 2019 Annual Meeting of Limited Partners; and
2. To re-appoint Ernst & Young (Hellas) Certified Auditors Accountants S.A. to serve as the Partnership''s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016.
