A fine dining staple is re-imagined at the Riyadh luxury hotel

The newly re-launched restaurant enhanced its menu as well as its serene ambience and casual dining experience for hotel guests. With seating capacity for 60, guests will be mesmerized by the restaurant''s calligraphy masterpieces, raw silk furnishings and elusive mood lighting. Upon their arrival, guests are welcomed by an introduction of the traditional Chinese tea-pouring ceremony by Tao Qiang, a Tea Master from China. This tea-pouring ceremony is now available at Hong as a unique way of welcoming patrons to this new dining experience.
Hong''s signature dishes include mixed seafood in oyster sauce, a traditionally-roasted Peking duck, classic salt-baked lamb chops, and a tea-smoked Char Siu chicken. Perfecting the overall experience, Hong offers unique beverage concepts that includes the Matcha Ceremony, Jasmine Garden and Princess of China, all of which are made from freshly squeezed fruit juices, spices, and specially-sourced ingredients.
