Inventergy Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Continued Listing Requirements

(NASDAQ: INVT) announced that it has received a letter from the Nasdaq Capital Market ("Nasdaq") stating that Inventergy has regained compliance with Nasdaq''s stockholders'' equity requirement for continued listing on Nasdaq. After completing its recent $6 million offering, Inventergy''s stockholders'' equity exceeded Nasdaq''s minimum requirement of $2.5 million. However, to maintain its listing, Nasdaq also required the Company to submit, by October 15, 2016, certain financial information including a plan of compliance through the rest of 2016 and 2017. Nasdaq accepted the plan submitted by Inventergy and has since confirmed the Company''s compliance with the Nasdaq continued listing requirements, and has closed this matter.
