Media Advisory: Governor General to present 2016 Public Service Award of Excellence
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/19/16 -- His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, will be joined by Michael Wernick, Clerk of the Privy Council, Secretary to the Cabinet and Head of the Public Service, to present the 2016 Public Service Award of Excellence.
During the ceremony, 238 recipients from departments and agencies across Canada will be presented with awards in 13 categories.

Members of the media who hold a Parliamentary pass are asked to bring it with them to facilitate entry to the event. Those without passes are invited to arrive in advance to allow processing by security.
