Focused Capital Corp. Announces Termination of Qualifying Transaction With AGNITY Global, Inc.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/05/16 -- Focused Capital Corp. ("Focused Capital") (NEX: FLO.H), a capital pool company as defined under Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), announces the termination of the letter of intent (the "LOI") dated December 7, 2015 between Focused Capital and AGNITY Global, Inc. ("AGNITY") to proceed with an amalgamation or other form of business combination, which was expected to qualify as Focused Capital''s "Qualifying Transaction" as defined by Exchange Policy 2.4. Accordingly, the common shares of Focused Capital will resume trading on the Exchange at the opening of the market on October 6, 2016.
