In his new role, Vacval will be assisting SpecPage’s clients with the implementation of SpecPDM, a comprehensive application suite for recipe and specification management, and the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) standard. He will be based at the company’s US subsidiary in Bradenton, Florida. Vacval has long-standing industry experience and specializes in master data management and data quality. Prior to joining SpecPage, he worked at 1WorldSync, the leading global multi-enterprise product information network, and was a core member of the GS1 standard development groups, developing standards for item attributes, images and data synchronization, as well as data quality and implementation guidelines. He also held senior roles at AFS Technologies, Gladson and JDA Software.
SpecPage provides product development solutions, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM) and Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS), enabling food and beverage companies to innovate competitive products in compliance with relevant food laws.
