Schuff International Changes Name to DBM Global Incorporated

(OTC PINK: SHFK), a family of companies providing fully integrated steel construction services, and an operating subsidiary of HC2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT: HCHC), today announced that it has formally changed its name to DBM Global Inc., effective September 1, 2016.
DBM Global companies include Schuff Steel Company, Schuff Steel Management Company and Aitken, as well as a Panamanian joint-venture, Schuff Hopsa Engineering. DBM Global will continue to trade over the counter under its current ticker "SHFK", until a new ticker is assigned. The Company expects to formally launch its new brand in October 2016.
