URHN Changes Name to Resgreen Group International Inc. and Reverse Stock Split to Be Effective September 15, 2016

(OTC PINK: URHN) ("The Company"), formerly known as Uranium Hunter Corporation, announced today that its name change and proposed 1 for 10,000 reverse stock split of the Company''s issued and outstanding common stock (rounding up any fractional numbers) has been processed by FINRA pursuant to FINRA Rule 6490 and will be effective on September 15, 2016. The stock symbol URHN will be changed to URHND for 20 days after which it will be changed to RGGI.
The Company also announced that the Letter of Intent to execute a Stock Purchase Agreement on or before July 15, 2016 has been amended and extended to November 15, 2016 for the acquisition of Resgreen Sky Mall Co., an e-commerce portal and business center, internet provider and software developer with merchandise logistics and distribution through its domain:
