DataMiners Capital Corp. Announces Extension to Qualifying Transaction
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/13/16 -- Mr. David Wood, President of DataMiners Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: DMC.P) (the "Company" or "DataMiners"), announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally accepted DataMiners application to extend the period by which it has to complete a qualifying transaction. As a result, DataMiners has until March 7, 2017 to complete a qualifying transaction or it will be transferred to the NEX
