Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. Announces Extension of Deadline to Complete Class A Non-Voting Share Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/13/16 -- Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: BCF) announces that the deadline for closing its previously announced brokered private placement has been extended. As announced by the Company in its news release of July 27, 2016, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") has conditionally approved a private placement seeking to raise up to $400,000 through the issuance of up to 40,000 Class A non-voting common shares (the "Shares") at a price of $10.00 per Share. The TSXV has authorized an extension to October 12, 2016 as the deadline for completing any closings under the private placement and applying for final approval from the TSXV.
