(firmenpresse) - GRIMSBY, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/13/16 -- Andrew Peller Limited (TSX: ADW.A)(TSX: ADW.B) ("APL" or the "Company") today announced the final director and auditor election results from its 2016 Annual and Special Meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders held on September 9, 2016.
The total number of Class B Voting Shares represented by shareholders present in person or by proxy at the Meeting was 27, representing 86.74% of the 3,004,041 voting shares issued and outstanding as of the record date.
