Portland, Ore.-Based Real Estate Firm's Latest Addition Brings I-15 Corridor Portfolio to Over 1.2 Million Square Feet

The industrial campus in Poway includes 147,848 square feet across eight multi-tenant buildings. Scenic View Business Park is 98 percent occupied, featuring seven manufacturing buildings and a distribution building. Over the past 10 years, Poway has traditionally been one of the strongest submarkets in San Diego County due to its diverse base of defense, manufacturing and small businesses.

The site is located within the master-planned Poway Business Park development, home to more than 500 businesses that include industrial, office and retail operations.
