Provides Details on Name Change, Corporate Structure and New Business Acquisition

(OTC PINK: HNSSD) today announced a new corporate action, approved by FINRA on September 7, 2016 that includes changes of the Company''s name, trading symbol, management and a reverse split of the Company''s Class A Common Stock. Further, the Company completed a significant acquisition that results in a new business direction and strategy going forward.
The Company''s new name is EnviroTechnologies International, Inc., to reflect its new business direction in the environmental sciences field. The Company has a new trading symbol ETII. The Company''s Class A common stock will trade temporarily under the symbol HNSSD for 20 business days, after which the new symbol, ETII will be effective.
