(TSX VENTURE: FEN) ("Forent") and Perisson Petroleum Corporation (TSX VENTURE: POG) ("Perisson") report that they are continuing to discuss the timely completion of the amalgamation which was approved by Forent shareholders on August 26, 2016. Perisson is in the final stage of their financing and both Parties look forward to the completion of the planned amalgamation and the execution of growth opportunities in the near term.
