Bellini Fine Art Inc. is established to exhibit, market, purchase and sell graphic art of cultural merit and to create investment vehicles of different types to allow investors, collectors and artists to work to their mutual advantage. Bellini Art will represent its investors, clients and partners in art transactions acting as both a principal and an agent. Bellini Art will have three business programs, including a collectors'' club, an art purchase program that offers our Canada based customers the ability to purchase and receive their art through a no money down loan program, and a series of limited partnerships named ArtFlow Through Limited Partnerships that will raise funds from investors to commission fine art from renowned artists. Bellini Fine Art Inc. has established a business relationship with Vancouver based ARTContent Publishing Limited. Both parties will cooperate and collaborate in a mutual effort to develop Bellini Art limited partnership series.
In addition, the Company approved a $250,000 loan participation agreement with a strategic investor who will participate as to $250,000 of the loans previously provided by the Company to CICINO. The funds received by the Company as a result of the investor''s participation in the Company''s loan to CICINO will be used for the Company''s investments in pre-identified projects and /or companies.
