OrganiGram Announces Issuance of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - MONCTON, NEW BRUNSWICK -- (Marketwired) -- 09/02/16 -- OrganiGram Holdings Inc. (TSX VENTURE: OGI)(OTCQB: OGRMF) ("OrganiGram" or the "Company") announces that it has issued an aggregate of 835,600 incentive stock options to various directors and officers of the Company at an exercise price of $1.42 per share. In accordance with the Company''s Stock Option Plan, the foregoing options shall vest over three-year periods and shall expire 10 years after issuance.
All of the above-mentioned options have been granted pursuant to the Company''s Stock Option Plan which has been previously approved by the Company''s shareholders and the TSX Venture Exchange.
