NGEx Announces Updated Share Capital and Voting Rights

("NGEx" or the "Company") (TSX: NGQ)(NASDAQ OMX: NGQ) announces in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act, that as a result of a predecessor share conversion, the number of issued and outstanding shares of the Company, as at August 31, 2016, is 205,083,963, common shares with voting rights.
