Anterra also announces that it previously inaccurately referred to a $2.5 million loan (the "Loan"), which has been made available to fund the Company''s ongoing proceedings under the Companies'' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada), as being "convertible" The Loan has no convertibility feature either at the option of the Company or the lender. The statement appears in Anterra''s audited annual financial statements, and management''s discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2015 as well as the interim financial statements, and management''s discussion and analysis for the three-month period ended March 31, 2016, all of which were filed on July 28, 2016 (collectively, the "Disclosure Documents") and which are available at .
