Intema Completes a Private Placement for a Total of $500,000
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 08/26/16 -- Intema Solutions Inc. ("Intema" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ITM). Mr. Roger Plourde, President & CEO, announces that Intema has completed a non-brokered private placement. The Placement consists of a total issuance of 10,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000 (the "Private Placement"). Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant that entitles its holder to subscribe for one common share during a period of two years, at a price of $0.06 after the date of closing of the Private Placement. The securities issued under the Private Placement are subject to a four-month hold period.
The Private Placement is subject to final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange.
