Jourdan Announces Change of Auditor
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/25/16 -- JOURDAN RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE: JOR) ("JOURDAN" or the "Company") () announced today that it has changed auditors from BDO Canada LLP ("BDO") to Gram LLP. effective August 2, 2016. At the request of the Company, the former auditor BDO has resigned as of the effective date of August 2, 2016. Gram LLP has been appointed as the successor auditor. In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 ("NI 51-102"), the Corporation has filed a Change of Auditor Notice on SEDAR together with letters from both BDO and Gram LLP, with each letter confirming that it is in agreement with the statements contained in the notice, as applicable. There were no reportable events (as defined in NI 51-102) between BDO and the Company.
