RONA Declares Quarterly Dividend on Preferred Shares
(firmenpresse) - BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 08/22/16 -- (TSX: RON.PR.A)(TSX: RON.PR.B) - At its meeting on August 22, 2016, RONA''s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20775 per share on cumulative and fixed 5-year Rate Reset Series 6 Class A preferred shares, as well as a quarterly dividend of $0.20164 per share on cumulative and variable 5-year Rate Reset Series 7 Class A preferred shares. The dividends will be paid on September 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on September 14, 2016.
