Golden Band Resources Announces Voluntary Delisting from NEX
(firmenpresse) - SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN -- (Marketwired) -- 08/18/16 -- Golden Band Resources Inc. ("Golden Band" or "Company") (TSXV (NEX Board): GBN.H) today announces that, at the request of Golden Band, the common shares of the Company will be delisted from the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange at the close of trading on Thursday, August 18, 2016. The Company will apply and will make the required filings with the relevant Canadian securities regulatory authorities in order for the Company to cease to be a reporting issuer in the relevant Canadian provinces.
