Located just 30 miles north of San Diego, in Riverside County€™s Inland Empire, Temecula has approximately 100,000 residents. Known for its award winning wineries, Temecula is also home to a number of up and coming microbreweries as well.

€œThe schools in Temecula, are very good,€ says Brian W., a Realty Executives customer. €œSome of the schools are very good academically, while others have excellent sports programs. The good schools, combined by the lower prices make Temecula a great alternative to San Diego and Los Angeles,€ Brian said.

Temecula is has a very authentic and quaint old west-themed, downtown area, which hosts cowboy gun fights, classic car shows, holiday parades and the nearby Balloon and Wine Festival.
