Early Warning Announcement Respecting Securities of Otis Gold Corp.
(firmenpresse) - BATH, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 08/03/16 -- On July 29, 2016, through his participation in a common share private placement, Christopher Lee-Barber acquired ownership of 4,710,000 common shares in the capital of Otis Gold Corp. ("Otis") at a price of $0.17 per common share. The shares were purchased by 2nd Half Limited, a company of which Mr. Lee-Barber is the controlling shareholder. The common shares of Otis trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ''OOO''. Otis is a reporting issuer in British Columbia and Alberta.
Prior to the subject transaction, Mr. Lee-Barber owned 10,100,000 common shares (9.94 % of the issued and outstanding capital of Otis); after the subject transaction, Mr. Lee-Barber will own or control 14,810,000 common shares (12.2% of the issued and outstanding capital of Otis).
The common shares were acquired for investment purposes by Mr. Lee-Barber and he intends to evaluate his investment in Otis and to increase or decrease his investment by future acquisitions or dispositions in his discretion, as circumstances warrant. As of the date hereof, Mr. Barber has no immediate future intention to acquire additional securities of Otis, or dispose of securities of Otis that he beneficially owns or over which he exercises control or direction.
