Early this quarter, wholly-owned subsidiary Major Hemp received payment from a new customer that is producing a cannabidiol (CBD)-infused beverage line with high-profile celebrity branding. This order represents the second major customer that will be utilizing the companies'' Colorado-grown liquid CBD source. Major Hemp has also received its first sale of Foods Alive products to customer and partner Hemp Angel Products. SIPP Industries is finalizing details for the official entrance into the equine industry. The Company has applied for a trademark registration of a premier brand of hemp oriented products for the equine markets. The recent trademark filing and associated documentation has slightly delayed the launch of the new ecommerce site which is slated for next month.
Major Hemp is in the final discussions with a large retail supplier of raw bulk ingredients found at companies such as Kroger and Wholefoods. This established company is seeking to add hulled hemp seeds to their offering and has turned to Major Hemp for bulk supply and co-packing needs. The Company has agreed to pricing terms and is currently conducting new vendor set-up steps and final arrangements. The Company will update shareholders with more details once the deal is finalized.
