(firmenpresse) - BRAMPTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/27/16 -- Brampton Brick Limited (the "Corporation") (TSX: BBL.A) is pleased to announce that all of the director nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 22, 2016 (the "Circular") for the annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held May 26, 2016 have been elected as directors of the Corporation.
Voting results for each of the individual directors are presented below:
All other matters set out in the Circular were approved by a majority of the shareholders at the Meeting.
