Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") Cash offer for Bond International Software plc ("Bond")
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/27/16 -- On June 30th 2016, Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) announced its firm intention to make a cash offer through a wholly owned subsidiary for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Bond not already owned by Constellation and parties acting in concert with Constellation (the "Offer"), which Offer was required to be published in an offer document no later than July 28, 2016.
Constellation today announced that it has been granted an extension to such deadline until August 18, 2016.
