(The "Company") (HKEX: 2012) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on or about 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2016 in Calgary, Canada (on or about 10:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on Friday, August 12, 2016), for the purpose of, approving the interim results and report of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three and six month period ended June 30, 2016 and their publications.
