(firmenpresse) - BLOOMFIELD, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 07/21/16 -- ProGreen Properties, Inc., (OTC PINK: PGEI), , is announcing to change its name to ProGreen US, Inc. (PGUS), as of tomorrow, July 22, 2016. The ticker symbol will change to PGUS, also effective also as of tomorrow.
"We are changing our name to better reflect the expansion of the company''s business activities going forward, investment in agriculture land in Baja California, further planning for residential and commercial real estate developments in the area, with integration of advanced solar technology.
