Additionally, Mr. Wildeboer serves as counsel to Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, a law firm specializing in corporate, securities and tax law, which he co-founded in 1993.
Mr. Wildeboer has extensive experience in the areas of corporate and securities law and has participated in a broad range of securities and related transactions, including public and private financings for both start-ups and mature companies, mergers and acquisitions, take-over bids, proxy fights and defenses thereto, and derivative products transactions.
Mr. Wildeboer holds a B.A. degree from the University of Guelph, an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA degree from the Schulich School of Business, York University and an LL.M. from Harvard University.
