Experienced Technology CFO Joins QASymphony to Help Scale the Business for Future Growth

Vandiver previously held CFO positions at several high-growth technology companies. Most recently he was CFO at Pindrop Security where he helped raise a $75 million Series C round of funding led by Google Capital. Prior to Pindrop, Vandiver served as CFO of Ingenious Med, a privately held healthcare software technology company. He also served for 10 years as EVP and CFO of SecureWorks where he helped grow that business from $1 million to $140 million in annualized revenue, leading to its acquisition by Dell in 2011 for over $600 million.
Vandiver joins QASymphony after a record setting Q2. The following are some key accomplishments:
Year-over-year revenue growth of nearly 200%
Added several new enterprise customers including Boeing, Air Canada, DuPont, Sony, Robert Half and Frost Bank
Held first annual user conference with over 200 attendees
Recipient of the Red Herring Top 100 Award
Opened a London sales office and hired experienced software account executives to accelerate European growth
Expanded relationships with several current customers including Cox Automotive, Pearson and Visa
Completed a debt financing with Bridge Bank adding an additional $3 million capacity to further strengthen its balance sheet
Grew channel with the addition of several new Atlassian Partners including Manageware and Go2Group
