FTI Signs LOI for Blockchain Technology

("FTI") (TSX VENTURE: FTI) announces that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Safe Cash Payment Technologies, Inc. of San Francisco, CA ("Safe Cash") to develop an exclusive blockchain application for the food industry. FTI will hold the exclusive worldwide license for the application. Safe Cash is an innovator in the blockchain technology field. Any cash, share or options to be paid as compensation for the licensing rights are to be determined.
