Agora Holdings Incorporated Signs Engagement Letter With Bart and Associates LLC, in Process to Upgrade to QB Designation
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ON -- (Marketwired) -- 07/14/16 -- Agora Holdings Inc. (OTC PINK: AGHI), a software company specializing in media, technology and telecom products, announced today that, in connection with its previously announced plan to move to the QB marketplace tier, it has signed an engagement letter with Bart and Associates, LLC.
Agora Holdings has completed its audit for fiscal years ended 2015 and 2016 and is now moving further in its aim to become a fully reporting issuer and QB designated company.
Pursuant to the engagement, Bart and Associates will commence the preparation of a Form 10 Registration Statement as well as ongoing quarterly and annual reports and 8-K filings on behalf of Agora.
